All you need to know


Can I volunteer as a Marshal?

If you marshal you can get a free enter to the next race. We are very particular about our marshal’s, if you are presentable, encouraging, reliable and feel you can add value to our run, then please contact us via our contact form.

Can I buy merchandise?

Yes via our website or call our team and on the day.

Are there toilets?

Yes.

Will there be a photographer?

Yes we shall ensure there is a photographer to capture all those muddy moments.

Can I transfer my Registration

You will not be able to transfer you registration once you have signed up.

I have not received confirmation

Once you have successfully completed our on line registration, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this, it is possible that you have entered your email incorrectly, or your registration was not successful, please contact info@back2thetrenches.co.uk to confirm.

Can I have a refund

Once you have signed up we will not issue a refund, you will need commitment.

Spectators

We have a large area for the spectators to view the start and finish part of the run, refreshments will also be available while they are waiting and wondering what the runners are up to!

FAQs


Wave times

Depending on numbers, waves will be issued two weeks prior to the event. Wave times will have a 20 minute gap between starts. If you would particularly like to ensure that you are running in the same wave as your friends/team, then please email info@back2thetrenches.co.uk and we will do our best to set you all off together.

Can I register by phone or email?

You will have to sign up using our online registration system. If you need help registering please call our team on 01737 822484. If you need a receipt as you are a company you should contact us at info@back2thetrenches.co.uk.

Are there showers?

There will be a cold shower/wash down area, don’t forget a change of clothes!

Discounts

Groups of 10 or more will receive a massive discount of £5 off per person, so get your group together – the more comaraderie the more enjoyable!

Will I receive a medal?

Yes and they are different for The Big Push, No Man’s Land and Over The Top are the same.

Is there free parking?

Yes, however we would encourage as much car sharing as possible, as we like to be eco friendly where we can.

Will there be Chip Timing

Yes, and we shall put the times up on the site as soon after the race as possible.

Print & Sign

All runners must sign a waiver document. Please download it here and hand it in at registration on the day. Also make sure you have your bib number.
